Tuomo Koskenvaara

Tuomo Koskenvaara is Senior Manager, IT, OT and Cybersecurity at NG Nordic Finland. Alongside his core role, he has worked on AI initiatives ranging from Copilot Studio agents and AI-supported contract processing to agentic AI for market intelligence, bringing a practical, security-aware view of making AI work.

Heidi Perchtold

Heidi Perchtold is Manager, Sustainability at NG Nordic, with a multidisciplinary background in sustainability, business and market intelligence, strategy and technology development. She actively explores how AI, automation and citizen development can improve knowledge work and corporate processes. Heidi has hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and n8n-based AI workflow automation, and has played a central role in NG Nordic’s Market Intelligence as Agentic AI proof of concept. She is currently expanding her technical AI competence through the ongoing EITCA/AI Artificial Intelligence Academy programme.
